SHIPPING

We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $125 or more.

Orders under $125 will be charged shipping at checkout.

We work hard to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times may vary.

At this time, The VC Edit ships within the United States only.

RETURN POLICY

As a small, independently owned boutique, we carefully curate our collections and bring in limited quantities of each style. Because our inventory is intentionally limited and turns over quickly, we offer a 14-day return window for store credit.

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. After 14 days, we are unable to accept a return.

All sale, discounted, and final-sale merchandise is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn and unused condition with all original tags attached.

We cannot accept merchandise with makeup, deodorant, self-tanner, perfume or other fragrances, pet hair, smoke odor, stains, damage, signs of wear, or alterations of any kind.

The VC Edit reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

STORE CREDIT

All approved returns are issued as The VC Edit store credit.

Store credit may be used online or in person and does not expire.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligible purchases may be returned or exchanged either in person or by mail.

Online returns and exchanges can be started through our online Return Portal.

For exchanges, availability cannot be guaranteed due to the limited quantities we carry. We recommend beginning your exchange as soon as possible if you need another size or style.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers may begin a mailed return through our Return Portal.

If return-shipping protection was purchased with your original order, eligible return shipping will be handled according to the terms shown at checkout and in our Return Portal.

If return-shipping protection was not purchased, the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Customers may also choose to mail an eligible return using the carrier of their choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as The VC Edit is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Please include your name and order number inside your return package.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We want you to love what you ordered. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Please include your order number and photos of the item when applicable.
